Saint Maclou
National awareness to re-establish across 132 catchment areas
Targeting areas redrawn by drive time, investment allocated on the real potential of each point of sale, advertising creative industrialised with AI: the Mobsuccess methodology serving the transformation of a 132-store brand.
The context
Saint Maclou has 132 stores, 1,300 employees and sixty years in the floor-covering market. Awareness that few brands can claim, but an image long associated with carpet alone.
Market expectations have changed: personalisation, sustainability and, above all, proximity.
The challenge was therefore not the brand’s national awareness but its local consideration: making the full breadth of the range known in each catchment area, and converting that awareness into appointments and quote requests.
What we did
Mobsuccess rebuilt the media set-up at point-of-sale level. Geo-planning: national delivery replaced by drive-time (isochrone) areas defined store by store, bringing to zero the 36% of impressions previously served outside the catchment area.
Budget planning: investment allocated on the real potential of each point of sale, cross-referencing twelve months of GPS footfall data, market share and competitive pressure, to concentrate the effort on the 39 stores with the highest business stakes. Media planning: a full-funnel architecture combining Pinterest and DOOH to build awareness, and Meta and Demand Gen for consideration and conversion.
Content factory: AI-assisted production of creatives from existing visuals, with no filming, and a landing page for each store including directions, reviews and local offers. The whole set-up is run and optimised continuously by the Mobsuccess teams.
Results
National awareness converted into local performance: in November 2025, the brand recorded +24% revenue over the Black Friday period.
- Media delivery refocused on each store's real catchment area, and investment allocated on its business potential.
- Creative production industrialised with artificial intelligence and one landing page per point of sale, to convert the brand's awareness into appointments.
