Decathlon
More than ten thousand assets produced, one set of brand guidelines
A collaboration that began in 2023: rolling out Decathlon's key commercial moments across every channel, print and digital, with the same graphic rigour. More than two thousand operations later, the foundation holds.
The context
Decathlon designs, manufactures and sells its own sports brands (Quechua, Domyos, Kipsta) through a network of more than fifteen hundred stores worldwide. Its calendar is driven by key commercial moments that all fall in the same weeks.
The brief covered rolling out these moments across every print and digital channel: roll-up banners, showcases, in-store formats, stories, sliders, CRM headers, with rigour, responsiveness and graphic consistency on every medium.
A volume like that cannot be handled by hand. At this scale, what matters is less the quality of a single visual than the ability to produce the same thing, everywhere, without the guidelines warping along the way.
What we did
The answer starts with a foundation: a smooth, replicable and scalable process, set up from the first collaboration to last, and not just to deliver one campaign.
Next comes agility, measured in turnaround times: for exchanges, and for integrating creative feedback. When key moments fall on fixed dates, meeting deadlines is what makes the difference.
The third point is tooling (filestage, well-framed briefs, structured approvals), adopted from the start rather than brought in along the way.
Results
Since 2023, every key moment has been rolled out across every channel, with the same guidelines and on time.
